The Angelina Solar Project

Angelina Solar I, LLC (“Angelina”) is a proposed 80 Megawatt solar-powered electric generation facility located in Preble County, Ohio.  

In December of 2018, Angelina (Case No. 18-1579-EL-BGN) submitted an Application for a Certificate of Environmental Compatibility and Public Need (the “Application”) to the Ohio Power Siting Board (“OPSB”).  This web page provides access to Angelina’s Application in addition to general information about solar energy.

In October of 2020, Angelina had an additional adjudicatory hearing regarding a revised Joint Stipulation. The testimony and transcripts of this hearing are available on the case docket.
